When we were young, we always kept reading in school to save the planet earth. But how many of us took it seriously? To be honest, a very few.

If not today then when, is the question?

With so many things happening around, and us hitting with a pandemic, it’s time for us to realize that if we don’t become volunteers today then there will be nothing that can save us!

When the globe is in the grips of a deadly pandemic and climate change is one of the absolute reasons for the same we need to build around an optimistic attitude where we all can be together and decide on to “restore our Earth”. This pandemic has made us realise how fragile our planet is and if we do not take care of it today then we all are heading towards a destructive ecosystem.

Climate change has been our concern for a long time now.

But do you know what is climate change and how are we accountable for it?

Climate change includes both global warming driven by human emissions of greenhouse gases and the resulting large-scale shifts in weather patterns.

The latest estimates indicate that emissions in India grew 1.8 percent in 2019. India plays a critical role in the emerging trend in global emissions. Not only the country is the fastest and the largest-growing emitters but also has faced acute vulnerabilities from a changing climate, including rising sea levels, melting glaciers and extreme weather events.

India has been at the forefront of aligning its policies with its commitment to the Paris accord on climate change, signed in 2016. The accord aims to pursue efforts to limit the global temperature rise to 1.5ºC above pre-industrial levels.

The rapid adoption of electric mobility will help to cut down the emissions caused by greenhouse gasses.

By 2025, electric two-wheelers are expected to account for 34.5% of all two-wheeler sales in India.

Determined to put an end to India’s conventional mobility, the Pune-based company, goEgoNetwork aims to not only educate but also make people adapt to emobility in the country and are offering electric vehicle chargers at a smart, affordable range. So next time you do not have to think about how are you going to charge your EV because in the location near to will be the charging station at your service.

Just a reminder to restore our earth is not enough, we must restore and preserve the natural world as we live in it!

It is time for us as humans, we reach out to our planet and make an aware choice to go electric as a wise, privileged and affordable option.
